Wrong Address and Delivery Issues

Please ensure the delivery address is correct at checkout as we are unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped. Additional charges will apply to resend any returned packages to the correct address.

Returns and Exchanges

All items are made to order, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (such as incorrect sizing, color preference, or change of mind), unless there’s an error on our end. If a return is approved, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. That said, if your item arrives to you damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Please get in touch within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

DTG printing: We use direct-to-garment or DTG printing for our products. It's like using a regular printer, but on garments.
