WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER

We understand that your event is important and receiving it on time is crucial, shipping and delivery times stated in your cart are estimates and your items may arrive earlier on LATER. Whilst we get most orders shipped within 3 days of receipt delivery will be based on your shipping method selected and the carrier's schedule. We recommend purchasing your items at a minimum of 2 weeks before your event. Please note we are not responsible for any delay by the carrier.

Should you select USPS First Class Mail and your item is lost or arrives damaged, SwankyPartyBox does not accept any responsibility and cannot re-send your item, refund you, or file a claim for refund. This service has no insurance. If your item is “lost” (no acceptance scan for 7+ days) please contact us.

If your item arrives late (3 weeks from shipment date), we will accept returns as long as the item is unused. Customers are responsible for return shipment postage. A refund will be issued upon receipt (shipping fees are not refundable). Return items must be returned in original, unopened interior packaging, We will accept returns for seasonal items. This does not apply to international order.

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR ITEM IS DELAYED

If your package is delayed for any reason, we recommend contacting your Post Office with any concerns. Your local post office has a relationship with your neighborhood carrier. They carry the burden to get your packages delivered to your location. Here are some other steps you can take: 1. Paste your tracking number into google search engine and track the package, enter your email in the tracking updates. 2. Requesting package movement updates makes the Post Office more accountable and tends to get the package moving sooner than later when mis-sorted or stuck somewhere in Post Office World.

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If your package shows delivered but you do not have it, we recommend you contact your local Post Office or carrier to check on the location of your item. The PO has GPS technology that can confirm the exact location of where your package was dropped-off. Another option is to speak with other occupants or even a neighbor to determine if they picked up the package. Also, USPS will sometimes marks things delivered a day or two before it actually arrives. We have no idea why this happens but it may show up if we wait a couple days. Once your package is marked delivered, we are unable to offer any refunds or replacements.

PRIORITY MAIL LOST, MISSING ITEMS OR DAMAGED

Within 30 business days from shipment date, Swanky Party Box can get involved with a claim to the post office. Please contact us with details of your order. No claims can be submitted for First Class packages. Swanky Party Box accepts no responsibility for shipments that ship by First Class mail. Claims can only be filed within 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since shipment, we cannot file a claim for you.

If you need to return your item, this must be communicated to us & your return order must be delivered to our studio within 7 days of delivery to you. All returns must be shipped by USPS Priority Mail so your return postage has tracking so you can keep up with your return. Return items must be returned in original interior packaging, unopened. Once the return arrives to us, we will process a refund for your order minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable. We do not accept returns for seasonal items, customized banners, balloons, or international orders.

Due to the current pandemic USPS is not scanning our international shipments and further tracking may not be provided on route to its destination. These shipments may experience an extended delivery estimate window. All orders are shipped next business day and once it leaves our studio USPS carries the burden to get your order delivered. Swanky Party Box does not accept any responsibility for missing, damaged or delayed international shipments. Buy at your own risk.

if there is an error on our part with your order this must be communicated to us within 3 days of delivery. We are happy to help you with a return or refund as it relates to this error. It's important to open and review your item when it's delivered. Be sure to contact us within 3 days of delivery if there are any problems. We will determine the best course of action, if time permits, we will resend you a banner or if not we'll issue a refund. We are here to help make this process go as smoothly as possible.

Should you wish to cancel your order please do so before it is marked shipped. Should you wish to cancel after we purchase your shipping label but before it is shipped we will be unable to refund your shipping fee.

Full banner: This birthday banner comes with the center canvas banner with 1 piece of attached double sided tape, 6 acrylic yarn tassels, and 6 wooden beads. It arrives already strung on a string.

Center flag only: This birthday banner comes with the center canvas flag only with 1 piece of attached double sided tape. It will arrive already strung on a string. No tassels or wooden beads are included with this option.

MEASUREMENTS
Center flag only - 6.5” wide by 6.8” at the longest point. Each side is about 5” long.
Tassels are approximately 5.5" long. The completed full banner is approximately 16" wide and the string is approximately 80" in length.

HANGING
Highchair - Secure the banner by using the double sided tape included on the back of the flag. Remove adhesive backing by peeling and then stick in place. Use the included string to tie to your high chair.
