• How do I access my files?

On the Etsy site, you can only download files related to instructions. The file you purchased can be downloaded after editing on Corjl. Usually, the Corjl order link will be sent within a few minutes of payment completion. The email will go to the Etsy email address, so please ensure your email address linked to Etsy is up to date. • The steps are as follows. 1. After purchasing, you will receive an email from Corjl with a link to access and edit your item. You can also go directly to Corjl.com and use your order info to login and access your purchased items. 2. Personalize your items, then save or approve the proofs. 3. Download your files in a variety of formats (PDF, JPG, and PNG) for your printing purposes. 4. Print wherever you like.

•If you're worried about editing, you can try the template as a demo link before purchasing.

Each listing contains a link to try the specific template before purchase in a 'demo mode'. All of the editing features in the demo will be the same as the purchased version. However, you will not be able to save or download the template while using the demo. You can see if your text will fit your purchase as you want.

• What can't be edited?

• Do I need to download any special fonts or software?

No, you don't need to download any fonts or software for any of our designs. They will be available for you as soon as you start editing your template!

• Do you offer custom orders?

I'm sorry, but I don't do custom orders. It's also not possible to change the current design, such as changing the color of the clipart. Please take a careful look at the item image and item details before purchasing. If you have any questions, please feel free to message me.

• I bought it, but I want to get a refund because I changed my mind, can I get a refund?

Due to our files being received digitally, we are unable to fulfill any refunds or exchanges.

• The customer is responsible for typing their own text into the template; this includes spelling, grammar and logistics of your event. We are not responsible for any errors or printing costs relating to any such errors. • Please note that the actual print colors may vary slightly from those you see on your screen. Card stock choice can also affect the printed color. • Please ensure your home printer is capable of printing the quality of stationery you require and that it is capable of printing your preferred card stock. We recommend a test print before bulk printing. If you are unhappy with the quality of your home print, we recommend a local print shop for best results. We do not take responsibility for the quality of your print.

• PDF - for home printing, copy center or professional printing shop • JPG - for photo lab or professional printing. • PNG - for text, email, or social media sharing Select the "Bleed" option when printing professionally.

• Where/How can I print my template?

• Print at home using your home printer. I recommend printing on white cardstock that is 100lbs - 110lb. • Chain copy/photo center - such as Staples, FedEx, CVS, etc., for the PDF format • Photo lab - such as Costco or Walgreens using a JPG image version • Local professional printer • Online printing service such as VistaPrint or Shutterfly.

Do you provide PSD files or AI files?

No. PSD files or AI files are not provided for design protection. Editing is only available for Corjl.
