To be clear, I never received my bag! It got lost by USPS. I wanted to review anyway to say the seller was great about it all! They contacted me first when they saw the stalled out delivery and worked closely with me to get a refund. I’m assuming the bag is as lovely as it looks, but integrity, honesty and kindness are just as important to me as product when I shop on Etsy, so this is five stars for the seller!
