What is your returns and exchanges policy?

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective due to printing errors or is the wrong size. If you receive an item with unexpected errors or if it does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

Refunds are not available as every item is custom-made. In the event that an item is damaged during shipping, it is insured for up to $100. You may submit a claim to USPS online for the insured amount. If you require insurance coverage greater than $100, please inform us at the time of purchase.

What if my package is delayed, lost in transit, or stolen?

Duamor Design Co. is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility. For any delays or lost packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Do you send photos before shipping items?

Due to the high volume of orders we create and ship daily, we are unable to send photos or create mock-ups before production and shipment.

For clothing items, please follow these care instructions: - Wash inside out in cold water - Do not bleach - Do not dry clean - Do not iron directly on the design

What brands do you use for your shirts?

We primarily use Comfort Colors, Bella Canvas, Next Level, and Gildan for our products. If an original brand is out of stock, we may substitute it with equivalent or higher-quality options, such as Hanes or Fruit of Looms.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We will do our best to accommodate address change requests within 6 hours of your order, but we cannot guarantee that the change will be possible. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout to avoid any issues.
