Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since our items are custom-made and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake, please contact us. Be sure to review size charts carefully before ordering!

Will my shirt arrive tied or rolled up like in the photos?

Nope! Shirts shown tied, rolled, or styled in photos are just for styling inspiration. Your shirt will arrive flat and unfolded so you can style it however you like!

How do I provide custom details for my order?

If your item allows customization, you can enter your details in the “Personalization” box before adding it to your cart. If there’s no box, leave your info in the “Note to Seller” section at checkout. Double-check your spelling, as we copy and paste your text exactly!

Do you send proofs or mockups for custom designs?

Generally, we do not send mockups. The listing photos serve as your visual guide. Your custom text will replace the sample text shown in the photos. However, you can purchase a separate mockup listing if you’d like to see a preview.

Our primary choice is Bella Canvas. However, if we experience stock shortages for specific colors and sizes, we also utilize Softstyle Gildan and Anvil.

6️⃣ Once all your desired items are in the cart, complete your order by entering your payment method, shipping address, desired shipping method, and click submit.

If you prefer a fitted look, consider purchasing one size smaller. Additionally, these shirts are of high quality and shrink by only 3%. ⏺
