Proud of adding bunting to our line of products in 2022 - this one was created in 2024, and has fast become our best seller.

After making photo bunting for many personal, family occasions, we eventually thought - hey - what is more people would love this?

Thankfully, they did, and we have been creating high quality, beautiful pieces for all occasions, ever since.

We fully create your piece, from start to finish, and you will receive it, ready to simply unpack, and hang in your home or in your venue.

We care about every single bunting we make. Each one is made as if it were our own.

Paying high attention to detail, we take care in placing the photos, perfectly punching the holes, evenly spacing the flags, and giving the best customer service to everyone.

Once it’s ready, we neatly pack it up in a cello packet, with a card backing either side, to keep it in perfect condition.

We’ll then post it to you in either a hard back envelope, bubble packet, or box - depending on your order size.

Orders of 10-12 flags are posted via first class.

15 flags and above, or for multiple buntings, your order will come via tracked 24.

D e t a i l s

Each bunting flag is an a6 piece of card, with a gorgeous script wording below.

Our card stock is a white matte, slightly textured 300gsm (a lovely thickness) quality card. It’s our favourite, rustic, down to earth card, and we use it for all of our products. We don’t do glossy - it’s just not our vibe.

We use a lovely, fine brown twine to thread up our bunting.

Sizes vary, as the flags can be moved closer together if needed, and the amount of drape, but here’s a rough guide of each length when pulled out straight:

10 flags ——— approx 150cm - 180cm
15 flags ——— approx 230cm - 260cm
20 flags ——— approx 300cm - 330cm
25 flags ——— approx 380cm - 400cm

We delete all photos shortly after processing your order.

You may use old or new photos for our bunting, and they can be colour or black and white.

Close up photos do show more details, but it’s not essential.

New photos
If you can, please avoid screenshots, as the print quality will be lower than expected. It may take more time, but send the originals where possible.

Old photos
Old classics look gorgeous! You can scan them in and send us them, or, you can photograph your old physical photos. If you do this, just make sure you take them as best as you can for the best result possible.

Fill your phone screen with as much as the photo as you can. Hold your phone flat, so that the photo doesn’t look warped.

Portrait photos are the ideal format, but don’t worry - landscape can often fit, too.

If they don’t, we’ll be in touch to give you options.

We will crop/fit where needed.

We always get in touch to check, if we’re unsure of a photo look/crop/fit.

Simply choose your length.

Choose to keep your photos as you send them, or, if you’d prefer us to change them to black and white.

Let us know the wording you’d like below the photos. Our advice is to keep it simple.

You can add more words. But it can look a little busy.

We’ll shrink the font size if we need.

Place your order, then follow up with your photos.

If you would like the photos in a certain order, send via either of these options;

1 — Send them one by one via the Etsy message.

(You must send them one at a time so they remain in the correct order.)

2 — Email in full resolution/large as numbered images to poppyandferndesign [!at] outlook.com

(Please note — you may need to send only a few at a time so the email doesn’t compress them.)

3 — Email us a zip file, google drive file, or ‘wetransfer’ link, as numbered/named images.

If you have no preference on the order of the photos, we will arrange them in an order we see looks great.

1 — Send them via the Etsy message. You can only upload three at a time.

2 — Email in full resolution/large, in any order, to poppyandferndesign [!at] outlook.com
