We currently do not offer express or expedited shipping so if you are ordering for an event please make sure you leave enough time for delivery.

We accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. Please cancel your order by reaching out to us, so we can cancel it for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We will replace your item for free if it arrives damaged, the printing is defective, or you receive the wrong item. Please contact us within 1 week of receiving your order via Etsy messages so we can make it right. We ask that you include a picture of what is wrong with your order, as well as your order number when you reach out to us.
