This arrived to the recipient very late! (Over 2 weeks) the seller was responsive, but didn’t offer anything for the major inconvenience. I realize shipping delays happen, but this was unusually late. The bear was very sweet, I’m just a bit disappointed by the shop experience.
I absolutely love the bear. Seller was very easy to work with and made the changes I requested. Bear is actually larger than I anticipated as well. Great communication.
