Do you accept returns?

I do my absolute best to ensure that every customer is pleased with their purchase. If you have a concern with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of the item. If a return is approved, then the item needs to be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item and both the shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable. The item must be returned in the same condition it was shipped or the loss in value will be deducted from the returned funds. "As-Is" items are not able to be returned or refunded.

Can you provide addition details or photographs of an item?

Absolutely! I try my hardest to accurately describe and photograph each item. If you find I have overlooked something, please be assured that it was a complete oversight on my part. Please feel free to contact me for additional photos or with any questions you might have about an item!

Do you combine shipping or provide insurance or tracking on packages?

Yes! I can combine shipping on items and will gladly give you an estimated shipping cost. Send me a convo with the items you are looking to purchase and we can get started! I ship small/lightweight items USPS First Class mail which includes tracking. Insurance can be added at additional cost. Heavy/large items are shipped USPS Ground or Priority Mail. Tracking and insurance are included and increased insurance can be added at an additional cost. Please contact me if you have questions regarding shipping options or pricing!

Do you provide other shipping options?

Yes, I can. Some heavier and larger items can ship at a lower cost by using a different carrier; however, the shipping time might be longer. If you would like to discuss shipping costs, please send me a convo!
