When will my order arrive?

Most purchases are made to order and require a processing time of 1-2 weeks. If I have your request ready in stock, it will ship out quicker. Orders are shipped in 2 forms to choose from: • Free shipping - Standard trackable shipping, it can take up to 45 days to arrive, but it usually arrives within 10-20 days. • Upgraded - EMS Priority Mail Express International, it can take up to 14 days to arrive, but usually arrives within 10 days. I wish I could deliver every package myself, but please understand that I cannot commit to shipping time frames, they could change and are under the courier's responsibility, during holiday seasons, there may be delays in standard & express shipping due to high demand, it's always best to plan ahead.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. RBZ will not be responsible for any delays due to customs. No exceptions.

Some people may be allergic to Sterling silver, it is the buyer's responsibility to know their own health conditions, no refund / return is possible in that case. If you're prone to silver allergies, consider upgrading to gold, which is considered not only beautiful and precious but also hypoallergenic and non-irritating. Do you work with gold?

Yes. I can create all of my designs in yellow, white & rose gold. Purity levels - 14/18/22K for your choosing.

Can I return my septum ring for an exchange or a refund?

All body jewelry sales are final. Due to sanitary and hygiene reasons, septum rings cannot be returned or exchanged. Since these items come into direct contact with body tissues, returning them poses a health risk. This policy is in place to protect all customers and myself, ensuring the highest hygiene standards. I appreciate your understanding.

Custom pieces are made specifically for you based on your chosen text, font, design, and preferences. Once engraved or personalized, the item can’t be resold or altered back to its original state without damaging it. Every custom order requires dedicated time, materials, and careful setup, even for small engravings. Gently hold the ring and look for the hinge mechanism. Slowly open the ring by pulling the hinged section away from the rest of the ring, carefully insert the open ring through your septum piercing. Make sure to go slowly to avoid any discomfort or damage to your piercing. Once the ring is in place, gently push the hinged section back into its closed position.
