My products are 100% handmade. All freshies are made to order to ensure freshness of your product! All freshies are strung with jute string. Products made in a pet friendly home.

Please allow up to 10 business days for me to complete your product. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. I will ship all orders out ASAP. I am not responsible for any delays in shipment with the postal service.

Fragrance oils and beads used in my products come from a quality distributor. Beads are cured for a MINIMUM of 7 days after they are dried to help ensure that your freshie scent lasts as long as possible. They are decorated with a combination of acrylic paints, oil based paint pens, and glitter.

Freshies pictured with a bow will come with a bow unless given the option otherwise. Beads will be included in all freshies. Bow designs or beads may vary depending on what I have on hand, but will always be coordinated with your freshie!

Freshies are placed in smell proof bags to hold the scent inside of the package until you are ready to use it. Freshie scents should last months in the smell proof bags as long as the bag stays sealed. Once taken out of the bag the freshie scent should last at least 2 weeks and could last as long as 6 to 8 weeks. **Hotter months may cause freshie scents to not last as long due to more of the scent being drawn out of the freshie**

Warning labels are placed on all freshie packaging. Please follow all warnings. We are not responsible for any damages or melting of freshies. Do not place your freshie between the sun shade of your car and the windshield. The freshie can melt and/or stick to the windshield.
