Your one-of-a-kind posters are printed on high-end printing paper to assure the highest possible quality. Our posters and frames are available in the following sizes: -> 8x12" -> 12x16" -> 16x20" -> 18x24" -> 24x36"

No, the price will not be shown on the package. We understand that many of our customers purchase our products as gifts, and we want to ensure a seamless gifting experience. Rest assured, the packaging will not include any pricing information. Additionally, if you'd like to add a personal touch to your gift, you have the option to include a custom note for the recipient. ❓ What kind of paper and ink will you use to create my memento?

We use museum-quality long-lasting semi-glossy (silk) paper which is sure to stand the test of time. The paper we use weighs 170 gsm / 65 lb. Our high-quality, eco-friendly ink captures the finest little details in your designs to ensure sharp quality and a smooth finish to your memento. Your print will be shipped in sturdy packaging protecting the poster.

❓ My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

This rarely happens, but accidents can sometimes occur during shipping. If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within two weeks of receiving your order. We will do our best to find the best solution for you. Be sure to include the following: a picture of the damaged product and packaging; your order number ID

I’m so impressed with ArtMemento and their products. They got me proofs quickly so that I could see what I had requested and make sure that I still wanted the color combinations that I had requested. Shipped extremely fast. Ute was as described. Only complaint is that they’re either wasn’t a picture of, or I missed the picture of whatever the natural wood frames looked like (if I missed it, I take back the preceding statement). I would’ve liked to have known. I might’ve made a different choice if I did. But they were still really good pictures and frames. Nothing wrong with the frames, just were a bit paler colored wood than I would’ve preferred. Customer service was fantastic. Victor was a beast. My messages were answered in a timely fashion, and they were willing to work with me on some unique specifications. They even offered a discount just because of my messaging them. They were very professional and helpful.
