Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and sent with proof of postage. Once received, refunds are processed within 3 business days. Damaged or used returns will not be refunded. Custom order cancellations exception If you cancel before your item is printed but after artwork is completed, a £5 artwork fee will be deducted from your refund.
