Can I see a proof before my order is made?

At this time, I do not send digital proofs unless requested only AND after order is placed. Please ask for proof immediately after submitting order. That way we can get it done and send message to you asap. Orders are created exactly as personalization details are entered. Please double-check spelling, capitalization, font styles and dates before submitting your order.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because items are custom and personalized, I do not accept returns or exchanges. We also do not make any replacements due to the nature of the wood imperfections. If there is a mistake on my part or your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos so I can help.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase. After this, work may already have begun on your order and it cannot be cancelled!

What if my package is lost or delayed?

Once shipped, delivery is handled by USPS/UPS. While I cannot control carrier delays, I will do everything I can to help track your package and file a claim if it appears lost. We can try to send a replacement depending on if its lost.

Will the wood look exactly like the photos?

Each piece of wood is naturally unique. Knots, wood grain patterns, and slight color variations are normal and make your piece one-of-a-kind. Note we do NOT send a replacement due to imperfections in the wood, we only send replacement if letters are broken.

Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely! I love creating unique pieces. Send me a message with your idea and I’ll let you know if I can make it happen.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes! If you need your order sooner, please send me a message before purchasing. Rush processing and/or upgraded shipping may be available for an additional fee.

This wooden name sign is the perfect way to introduce your bundle of joy to the world.
You can also use it to decorate or keepsakes for their nursery.

-The wooden name sign is from an unfinished 1/4 inch thick birch plywood,
available in two different sizes 5 inch and 6 inch!
-The words/names are lasered engraved into the wood, not inked.
-The First Name is the only name in acrylic, color of your choice.
-Each piece of wood used for engraving can have its own unique
characteristics such as grain/lines, density, and color (engraving color does vary)!
-These are all-natural defects of the wood we use to make these.

::1 DISC that is Double-Sided :
The FRONT side has the baby's first and middle name ONLY in the middle of the disc,
then the BACK has the names smaller on top with the birth stats lines to fill in.

::: This is not a toy to play with or to be chewed on. We dont replace if an animal get ahold of it so please be careful.
**Each wood will have some variation in the grain, grain lines, and/or small knots due to the nature of the wood. NO replacement on this as its the natural wood.
**Also, the engraving is done by burning into the wood, the engraving can vary from light to dark depending on the wood grain and density of the wood.

-You can use any regular black pall point pen.
-Do NOT use Sharpies as the bleed and look messy, and hard to read. if you do this we will NOT replace it.
