To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be returned in its original, new, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached. Be sure to try on your custom apparel within the 2 days. To request a return, we will need you to provide the following:

• Reason for the return or exchange
• A photo showing the item, original packaging, and shipping label
If approved, we will provide you with further instructions and updates.

EU/UK CUSTOMERS: RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL
Buyers in the EU/UK have the legal right to return most items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us through Etsy messages within this 14-day period. Once we receive the item in its original condition (new, unworn, unwashed with original tags attached), a full refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment used when the order was made.
