Custom/Personalization Requests

I'm totally happy to see what we can do to fulfill a custom order! Examples of possible customization include: adding a name, phrase, different color outline/offset, different laminate/holographic overlay style, etc. A customization fee will occur and there may be a purchase order minimum. Stickers — All stickers have either a glossy laminate or holographic overlay finish that is burnished over the sticker material, making stickers more durable in active environments and water resistant. If placing stickers on water bottles, hand wash and avoid placing in the dishwasher. Apparel — Wash/dry garments inside out. Machine wash: warm or cold. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Sponge Fleece Sweaters, I prefer to hang dry, but tumble drying on low is okay. Do not dry clean. Totes — Spot cleaning with mild soap and water is preferred. I have tested washing totes inside out with washing machine and tumble dried with no issues with the graphic, but the totes can wrinkle really intensely and are subject to a little shrinkage.

Apparel items will have an accurate size chart directly in the listing's images.

I ordered the wrong shirt size, can I exchange for a different size?

Since garments are created in small batches, I cannot guarantee that the size you would like to exchange for will be available in the event of requesting an exchange for a different size. Size charts with accurate sizing information are provided in each listing. If you are uncertain of what size you need, prior to placing your order, please send me a message and I'd be happy to assist you. If the size you are in need of is still available, you must contact me within 14 days from the delivery date and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Exchanges for a different shirt design/style or item listing is not permitted.

Exchanges/Return Policy on Tie-Dyed Garments

I do not accept exchanges or returns on my Tie-Dyed garments, no exceptions. Please message me prior to placing an order, if you have any questions or concerns at all.

Are Your Stickers Fade-Proof?

Specialty stickers that have 'vinyl' in their name (ie: matte vinyl) are UV fade-proof up to 1-3 years, depending on climate and use. These items will have a more specific estimate of their own UV lifespan in the listing descriptions and will be a more suitable choice for use on vehicles/outdoor use. Standard glossy/holographic stickers are NOT recommended for vehicles or environments where they will be consistently exposed to UV rays. In my personal experience with testing stickers on items like my water bottle and phone, I have not noticed fading. However, I have not actively tested my stickers on cars and do NOT currently use UV resistant materials/inks in my stickers to properly guarantee a positive and lasting outdoor experience.

Are the Stickers Waterproof?

Short answer: No Long answer: My stickers are water RESISTANT, meaning they are very durable and will withstand moisture/active environments very well. I do not recommend putting them in the dishwasher, hand wash items they are placed on to help preserve their longevity. The durability of the sticker will vary with placement and how active the environment is. Stickers labeled as 'Vinyl' options in my shop are considered waterproof and will be most suitable for outdoor use as they will be more fade resistant as well (fade-proof up to 1-3 years)

Absolutely what you'd expect - and soft, fits well and brings joy. I washed it normally (oops) and can't even tell - well-made and not one of those prints that washes off immediately. My second shirt from SketchyChelsea and I'll probably get more, can't recommend enough if you're even a little interested.
