Solomiia was so great to work with. The jewelry tray shipped from Ukraine, so once it left the country and headed to the U.S., they handed it off to OnTrac which is a U.S. shipper. OnTrac lost the package and lied and said it was "undeliverable". Both Solomiia and I worked to find it but couldn't get a response from OnTrac. She was very responsive at all times during our joint efforts and very pleasant to work with. The jewelry tray was a gift to my daughter and she absolutely loved it! It is a very fine work of craftsmanship.
