Creation and printing

I create linocut prints, watercolours and digital images using traditional artists' media but also a computer, iPad or generative AI. All my products are created with thought, care and the enjoyment of being creative! I hope you enjoy using them as much as I did creating them. If you want to print images and graphics professionally, do a test run/print before committing to a bigger order. If you enlarge the images/graphics, it will negatively affect their quality. Finally, all screens and printers vary in display and colour output, and there will be no refunds or reimbursements if you are unhappy with your results. Although I have carefully cut out and colour-balanced each image, it is up to you to ensure they are perfect for your needs.

How do I get my digital download files?

After purchasing a digital download product, you'll see a 'View your files' link to the Downloads page. You can download all the files associated with your order in a ZIP file. Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. Confirmation might take a few minutes if you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy. After purchase, your files will also appear and remain in your Etsy purchases folder: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases If the download files are larger than Etsy allows or you have purchased as a guest using your email account, you will receive a PDF file with a link to download your files. Please use a computer to download, and not a mobile device as the files can be quite large.

Delivery of printed Record Books from VeggiePlot

Record Books are dispatched within 2 working days. UK shipping Sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class post, although you can upgrade to 1st Class at checkout. USA Mainland shipping Sent by Royal Mail International Standard. Lost parcels Overseas packages can sometimes take up to 6 weeks to clear customs, so please be aware if your items are taking a long time to arrive. If there is a duty to pay, the customs authority will contact you to pay the additional customs due. UK parcels are not deemed to be "lost" until after 15 working days.

If a Record Book arrives damaged or defective I will accept returns. It is your responsibility to pay for the return postage and ensure it arrives in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value due to their inadequate post or packaging. I can't accept returns for customised or personalized items unless damaged in the post. See above. I don't accept refunds or exchanges for digital downloads.

My inspiration for this image was our beautiful pet cat who used to keep me company in the garden, and when hot, flop down and hide in the shade amongst the flowers. He knew how to relax.
