How do I fit my sticker

Use a dry cloth with warm water to clean the surface you are applying the decal to. Please make sure the surface is completely dry before applying the decal. Turn the decal over and rub back and forth with a dry cloth to ensure the decal transfers to the application tape. Now slowly peel the clear application tape off which will bring the decal with it. If any part of the decal doesn’t transfer then stop and slowly rub the reverse of the decal and continue to remove the application tape at the same time. Now apply the decal to the area and ensure it’s straight before applying it fully. Rub all over with a dry cloth to make sure it is stuck well to the surface. Now slowly remove the application tape leaving the decal behind.

Are vinyl stickers dishwasher safe?

No, stickers purchased anywhere are not safe for the dishwasher. Any items with a decal applied must be carefully hand-washed.

Ordered five prints. Brilliant quality, however two arrived damaged. Contacted the seller on a number of an occasions and did not receive responses. The issue was no rectified and the seller tried to push the blame on to me, on “how I removed the prints from the tube”. In all honesty, if it was damaged upon removal then the packaging was not suitable for purpose. Left with two damaged prints. Wouldn’t recommend. Ps sure they will respond to me here publicly despite ignoring my messages!

Claire, We chose to stop responding because your approach became unreasonable. The damage to the posters occurred when you removed them from the tube with your nails, which is unrelated to our packaging. Our poster tubes are 9mm thick and built to withstand significant impact—even a hammer strike wouldn’t compromise them. Normal transit would not cause such damage. Additionally, the photo you provided clearly showed the tube in perfect condition. The damage to the poster was near the top, exactly where it appears to have been bent when handled. Despite this, you proceeded to iron out the damage, frame the posters, and display them—yet still insisted on a refund. Treating a small business in this manner is unfair and you should be ashamed.
