How quickly can you dispatch?

The estimated delivery date will be shown on each listing under delivery info. Please note this is estimated and not guaranteed. Please message before placing any urgent orders, I do not prioritise orders, they are each handmade in the order they are placed. No orders are posted same day or next day, I receive a large amount of orders a day and work on my own around my 2 young children. I can’t work any faster I’m afraid.

When will I receive my item?

You should receive an email when your order has been dispatched. Unfortunately I cannot tell you what day your order will arrive, once it has been posted, delivery is out of my control. If you have a problem with your order, you must get in touch within 7 days.

How do I personalise my order?

Please enter personalisation details in the box provided on the listing. If no box is provided, please include the details at the checkout in the notes to seller box.

Sizes can be found on each product listing in the item description

Custom and personalised orders

I’m afraid I only offer the designs I have shown. I don’t offer a bespoke design service.

Can my order arrive by a certain date?

Unfortunately I cannot say when your order will arrive. Orders are usually posted before their expected dispatch date but once your order has been posted the delivery is out of my control.

What is inside of the card?

Inside of your card will be blank.

What size are your cards?

My cards are approx 6” x 6” This is the only size I currently offer.
