If you work with non-verbal children, such as those with autism, this visual communication book has a lot to offer! With over 670 pictures cards covering many categories, and interactive communication boards, it's sure to assist in non-verbal dialogue! It includes board for identifying needs and wants, feelings, good and poor choices, a visual to-do lists, and more!

Built to be age inclusive, so it can be useful for older students (hygiene), as well as little learners! It includes a tabbed version (in addition to being used in a binder, it can also be made into a flipbook), as well as un-tabbed so that the page order is completely up to you!

It includes editable components using CANVA templates: Editable tabs, editable "I Want" Board, and editable picture cards.

Communication boards for the following:
-QUICK WORDS AND CORE WORDS COVER PAGES
These are quick reference communication boards. I suggest placing your top preference in the front cover sleeve of the binder, as these will help serve as an “index” for the rest of the picture cards in the binder.

-"I WANT" BOARD - 4 options
These are also quick reference communication boards specific to “want”. You may choose to use the one with all prefilled images, one with partial prefilled and use included cut picture cards of your choosing, one with no images and use included cut picture cards to customize the page, or the editable template where you may upload your own personal images and edit text!

-"I AM" & "I FEEL" BOARD - 8 options
These are pretty self explanatory, but I have included options with different sets of child images to add that personal touch if preferred!

-WEATHER - 2 options
I have included 2 options for weather. One with fully stationary pieces, and one with the option of showing the articles of clothing needed for that days’ weather.

-TO-DO CHECKLIST- 2 versions
Use the to-do list of your choosing, depending on how many tasks are needed.

This can be used for school schedules and home routines, as picture cards are included for both! This page is also left blank (aside from the title), giving the flexibility to add velcro where you need (routine pictures going horizontally across the page, or vertically) and add as many cards to suit your child/student’s best interest.

-FIRST/THEN AND FIRST/NEXT/THEN BOARDS - 2 versions
Use picture cards to communicate: FIRST - potentially non-preferred task is THEN followed by a preferred task or item. Use FIRST/NEXT/THEN for multi-step tasks. These can also be used for transitions between tasks for predictability.

-TOKEN BOARD REWARD SYSTEM -3 versions - 3 tasks, 5 tasks, 10 tasks - 6 color token options. Use as a reward system. The child will choose a reward picture card (ex: from “reinforcers” or “sensory items” categories. As child completes their board (adding a token for each action you are incentivizing) they receive the reward they’ve chosen.
