I had an old pair of velvet heels that I was going to have to wear to my granddaughter's wedding because I have narrow feet and narrow shoes that fit and are the right style are just impossibly hard to find! Although Justyna had no way to FedEx the bows, she made it a point to get them sent out as fast as possible. I should have ordered the bows sooner. Although they took some extra time to come from Poland, they arrived here in the U.S. a few days before the wedding. My old heels look so pretty and stylish now! Justyna gave me terrific customer service and the bows are beautiful and well-made. Don't be worried about ordering from her. Barbara
