Where can I download my digital files?

After your payment has been processed, your digital files will be available to download through Etsy. Log into your Etsy account and, then you can access your purchases by going to: Your Account → Purchases and Reviews → Download Files Please note that digital purchases may not always be downloadable directly through the Etsy mobile app. If you have any trouble accessing your files, please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to help.

Do you offer refunds?

As digital products cannot be physically returned once they have been downloaded or accessed, refunds are not automatically guaranteed. However, if there is a genuine issue with your order, please contact me so we can discuss the situation and find the best possible solution. Refunds may be issued when appropriate and agreed upon between the customer and the seller.
