How should I store clay figures, and how long do they last?

Store clay figures in a cool, dry environment to ensure they remain in good condition for over ten years. Polymer clay figures can last even longer when left undisturbed.

Can I request a refund after the commission has started?

We apologize, but since this is a 100% handmade product and cannot be resold, we do not support refunds without a valid reason. We hope you understand and respect our work and dedication. If you have a significant reason for requesting a refund, please contact us first. Thank you!

Can I check the progress during the work and request changes?

Yes, we will send you regular pictures of our progress as we work on your commission. You are welcome to suggest any reasonable changes. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with the final work.

Can I track the package, and when will I receive it?

Yes, you can track your package. After we ship, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking link. For most non-remote countries worldwide, the package will arrive within 4-10 days.

What should I do if a clay figure is damaged in transit?

We take great care in packing your order, using super hard outer packaging and plenty of shock-absorbing materials, and labeling the package as fragile. However, if your clay figure is damaged during transit, we offer the following solutions: Minor Damage: If the figure is only partially dislodged or has a small break, we recommend using a small amount of school white glue or strong glue to repair it. This usually works well. Major Damage: If the figure is severely damaged or shattered, please take photos and record videos of the damage immediately upon receiving the package. Contact us as soon as possible, and we will provide a refund based on the extent of the damage.
