Custom and personalized orders

I can do custom orders, I have a listing for custom orders if you would like a specific dog bandana that I do not have. Custom orders cannot be returned

Bandanas are machine washable. Collars should be hand washed and laid flat to dry

I do accept returns if the item has not been used and the order is within 30 days. However, you will have to pay shipping to return the item and have a new item shipped out to you. If you received free shipping you will be refunded the amount minus my shipping charge ($8 priority, $3.75 first class) Returns are not accepted on custom orders

*** Shipping I ship USPS first class, which comes with tracking. I am unable to find out a location of a package other than what is provided by tracking. First class shipping does not have insurance and does not have a guaranteed delivery date. I am not responsible for lost packages, (which does occasionally happen). Once the package leaves the post office, I have no control over them. I do offer shipping upgrades. Priority comes with $50 insurance and average 1-3 day delivery time. Express overnight is also available, this is the only guarenteed shipping service. Please message me if you are interested!
