How soon will my order ship?

Each piece is handmade by me when you place your order, in the order received. My current shipping timeline is 3-6 business days. I always aim to ship items out as soon as possible, but it can fluctuate depending on how busy I am that week.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes! Whether its a different color combination tweak on a current style or something completely different I love when you reach out with requests! Your requests help me learn just what you are searching for so I can create styles and items to fill your needs! Custom orders, including custom lengths and/or colors are not eligible for return or exchange.

All of my packaging is made from eco-friendly recycled materials! I do not use any plastic in my packaging.

Are your materials Eco-friendly?

Every macrame item in my shop is made with high quality up-cycled cotton cord from the garment industry. This helps reduce water usage, CO2 emissions and helps eliminate waste from landfills. My cord suppliers are also a woman owned companies!

Free Shipping Policy -Important Info

When you spend $35 or more you will receive free standard shipping! If you would like to upgrade to priority mail, you may pay the difference to upgrade. If you are ordering several items sometimes Etsy will automatically upgrade you to priority mail without charging for the upgraded shipping. In these cases, I will send your item by regular mail, not priority. However, if you do actually need your items sent priority mail, send me a message and I will be happy to accommodate! This is in an effort to keep costs down, so that I can continue to offer my items at reasonable prices and with a free shipping option. Thank you so much for understanding.

Do you ship to Canada or other countries outside of the US?

Yes! Just send me a message and I will set it up for you!

If you need to return or exchange your item for any reason simply send me a message within 7 days of delivery. If you have access to a printer, I can send you a prepaid return shipping label. I will issue your refund (if applicable) within 3 business days of receipt. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with any return/exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Custom items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Custom items include any non-standard requests: ie. colors that are not in the color chart at the time of your order, custom lengths or any variations to the original design.

Returns & Exchanges Policy when an order qualifies for free shipping

If your order qualified for free shipping and you are returning an item, the cost of the original shipping in addition to the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. If your order qualified for free shipping and you are exchanging the item, the cost of the original shipping, the return shipping costs, as well as the shipping costs for the replacement item, will be due before I can make and ship the replacement.

• Lengths are taken with no pot inside.
• The larger the pot the more it will shorten the hanger once your pot is inside. In general it will shorten by approximately half of your pots diameter.
• If you would like a custom length, simply choose the closest length and let me know in the personalization box.
