Using Mockups Without Photoshop

Photoshop Required: Our frame mockups are designed for use in Adobe Photoshop. While other programs might be compatible, we cannot ensure full functionality or provide support for software other than Photoshop. Alternative Solutions: If you don't have access to Photoshop, consider using photopea.com, a browser-based alternative. However, Nordly Studio does not offer support for Photopea. A tutorial to get started can be found here: https://youtu.be/TKVTNV0Kqvk Adobe also offers a free online version of Photoshop accessible here: https://creativecloud.adobe.com/cc/photoshop, which may require account creation. Please note, Nordly Studio only provides support for the Adobe desktop version of Photoshop.

Usage Rights and Restrictions

Limited License: The purchase of our mockups grants you a commercial license for small business use, allowing you to showcase your or your clients' work without attribution. However, reselling, redistributing, or using parts of our set in your own products for sale is strictly prohibited. For usage that exceeds small business needs or for retail and print-on-demand services, please contact Nordly Studio for extended license options.

Technical Support and Refunds

Need Help? If you're facing difficulties or are dissatisfied with your purchase, let's discuss how we can address your concerns. Our products are showcased transparently, with detailed descriptions to ensure you have all necessary information before purchasing. Refunds are generally not offered for digital downloads due to the nature of the product, but we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you have any questions or issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to Nordly Studio.

DIY Design: All Nordly Studio files are intended for DIY use. Ensure you have the capability to work with these files and necessary software before purchasing. While we're here to answer questions, design services or extensive technical support is not provided.

Color Profile Compatibility

Color Matching: To ensure consistent color quality, our mockups use the sRGB color profile. If your images are in a different profile (e.g., ProPhotoRGB), you may notice color shifts when incorporating them into our mockups. We recommend converting your images to sRGB or Adobe RGB to avoid compatibility issues and ensure color accuracy for your customers.

Digital Nature of Products

Digital Only: Nordly Studio specializes in digital products. No physical items will be shipped, as stated in our product descriptions and Etsy's digital product category. Our focus is on providing high-quality digital mockups for your creative needs.

Copyright Notice: The integration, use, or processing of Nordly Studio's copyrighted work in AI tools, applications, or programs for machine learning or neural network training, including generative AI models, is strictly forbidden.
