All items are custom made for you. Therefore we do not accept returns or do exchanges. If your item is damaged or defective, please message me on Etsy and send photos of the whole item.

All our items are custom printed just for you. Once an order is received it goes into production and we are unable to cancel orders.

Sorry, we are not responsible for items not collected at the post office or the courier office. We are not responsible for missing or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

My order did not reach me in time for my event. Can I return it or get a refund?

We always do our very best to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, as shipping transit times are outside of our control. Please note that the delivery dates shown by Etsy are estimates only, especially during busy holiday periods when delays are more common. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to offer cancellations, returns, or refunds for orders delayed in transit or not delivered in time for a specific event or occasion.
