Customs duty is the responsibility of the customer. Customs duty in America is over 1000$, in EU countries over 150€, Australia over 1000$, Canada over 20 CA$. Etsy usually collects customs duties from you when you pay for your order. If this payment has been made, you will not be charged customs duties again when the package arrives. If Etsy did not collect customs duties from you when you paid for your order, the shipping company will collect customs duties when the order is delivered.

The oxidation process of silver is carried out with the sulfur element. Sulfur is definitely not a harmful element to health.

Undeliverable packages

The costs of the packages sent for delivery and not received by the customer and returned by the customer belong to the buyer. It is important that you are in constant contact with us in order to prevent the packages from coming back. Reshipment costs also belong to the buyer.
