All the items are Hand Made painting on canvas,no art prints sells in my store. All our paintings are handmade and usually customized, so your paintings may undergo subtle or subtle changes. Your painting may not be exactly the same as the picture you ordered, it will be almost the same. What I can guarantee is that we can complete high-quality works.

Difference between Stretched and Unstretched painting.

"Stretched" - A painting on canvas stretched on a frame, ready to hang when received. "Unstretched" - Painting on unstretched canvas, which is rolled and transported in a tube. In this case, you have to stretch this canvas in the nearest store.

There are many sizes in the size chart for you to choose. If you don’t have the size you want, you can contact me to send me the size.

Custom and personalized orders

I accept custom orders, and I can create original paintings for you according to your painting requirements and preferred size. Please contact me if you need customization.

We send paintings (stretched and unstretched) via FedEx Express or DHL. Shipping time usually takes about 5-7 business days. Shipping time is calculated from the moment the artist completes your painting.

I don’t have a PayPal account. What should I do?

You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how: 1.) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card. 2.) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information. 3.) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt. 4.) Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.

1.) Never hang your canvas painting outside, in areas of high humidity, or near any heat source. 2.)Please make sure that you clean your hands before handling any canvas painting. 3.) Do not place anything on top of the canvas or lay your canvas with the front facing down. 4.)If over the years you notice that your canvas is starting to loosen up and sag, you can try the following: Spray an even, fine mist of clean water or distilled water on the back of the canvas. The canvas should tighten up when it dries. 5.)Never use any chemical cleaners to clean your canvas painting.

▷ Unstretched: In order to protect the painting during international shipping, the oil painting you ordered will be rolled into a roll for shipping. We leave an extra 2-3 inches of white canvas for stretching or framing. Once you receive your painting, you can go to any local shipping store to have it framed or stretched.

▷ Stretched: The painting has been stretched and framed. After you receive the painting, you can hang it directly.

▷ Packaging: The frameless paintings are rolled up and packed in tubes. Stretch paintings will be packed in wooden cases or cartons.

▷ After the painting is completed, I will send you a picture for confirmation. You can express all your wishes like color and texture. We will make the necessary modifications according to your request. After you are satisfied, we will ship to you.

➤ About Shipping

▷ Free shipping worldwide. We ship by DHL, FEDEX.

▷Delivery time: Usually you will receive the painting in about 7 to 15 days. 3-7 days for painting, 5-7 days for shipping. (subject to actual delivery time) I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

▷ The paintings sent by courier have been insured. If any paintings are damaged during transportation, please temporarily keep the damaged packaging and paintings, and take photos and send them to us. Let's take care of the rest.
