Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! I have worked with hundreds of couples to design their dream wedding stationery. Please send me an Etsy message or email hello@papervow.co.uk and we can chat through your ideas.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 days (invitations 2 weeks) K orders are posted 2nd Class (2-4 days) and international orders are sent Tracked delivery. If you need your order sooner, delivery upgrades are available at checkout. Please refer to delivery timescales at checkout for estimated delivery times.

Can I return my order?

As all stationary is made to order and most include personalisation, I unfortunately cannot accept returns if your order has been made / dispatched. Orders can be cancelled where they have entered production or been dispatched.

My order hasn't arrived / arrived late, what do I do?

Most orders arrive within their estimated delivery window. However, on the rare occasion / due to busy periods (e.g. Christmas), orders can arrive slightly later than the delivery window shown. If this occurs, please allow up to 10 working days. Should your order not arrive after 10 working days, I will offer a replacement or refund. International orders are sent Tracked as standard. UK orders are 2nd class, tracked delivery options are also available.
