I just ordered a digital print but can't find my artwork

After you purchase a digital print from our shop, you should receive an email from Etsy with a link to your downloads. You can also find your download under Your account > Purchases. Find the order you made with our shop and click on the button that says, 'Download Files'.

I am no longer able to open the email account associated with my Etsy account. Can I still receive my files?

Yes, you can still download your files by going to to Your account > Purchases. You'll see a button that says, 'Download Files' next to the order you made with our shop. For Made-to-order digital items, please contact us to discuss how we can send you your files.

I see a print I like but I'd like it in a different color/size

No worries, feel free to send us a message on Etsy with the color or size you prefer. We'll try our very best to accommodate your preference.

Are you able to print out one of your digital prints for me?

Sure, we can do that for you. Please let us know you'd like us to print out one of our digital prints before you make your purchase. We'll make a separate custom listing for you based on your specifications.

I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an Etsy account.

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. Made-to-order digital items will be sent once your order is complete. If you no longer have access to the email account you used to make the original purchase, please contact us to discuss how we can send you your files.

When will I receive my made-to-order digital item?

The delivery window for made-to-order digital items will vary depending on the complexity and quantity of your order. Please coordinate with us through Etsy Messages to establish the completion time for your order. To see the status of your made-to-order digital item, go to the Purchases and reviews section of your Etsy account. Items that we are still working on are shown as In progress. Once we finish your order, you will receive an email with a link to download your digital file. You can also access your files by going to Purchases and reviews and selecting the Download files button.

I’m having trouble downloading my files.

If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again. If you're still having issues downloading your files, feel free to contact us through Etsy Messages.
