Polynesia With Love offers Polynesian-inspired designs for the things you reach for every day, and the moments worth celebrating. Each item begins as a story, woven from island patterns, florals, and meaningful symbols, then becomes something tangible: the phone case in your hand, the tee on your back, cozy blankets, and home décor that shares art, words, and island‑inspired sayings. You’ll also find mugs and tumblers inspired by island life, wall art through an islander’s lens, clocks, digital downloads you can enjoy right away, and more! All designs are created by me and made-to-order with trusted production partners (with a few limited handmade pieces), honoring island heritage.

How do I choose the right size, and how do I care for apparel?

For sizing, refer to the sizing guide in the listing photos. Most items are unisex and typically run true to size (unless noted). Between sizes or want a specific fit? Message me and I’ll help. Care varies by fabric and item type. Follow the care tag/label first, then any care notes in the listing description. Recommended settings help preserve color, fit, and print quality. Not sure? Message me before washing. Following the label helps prevent fading, shrinking, or print changes.

Will my order arrive in one package, are delivery dates guaranteed, and what if my tracking hasn’t updated?

Not always. Orders may arrive in multiple packages if items ship from different locations; you’ll receive tracking for each. Etsy delivery dates are estimates based on production schedules and carrier timelines, so I can’t guarantee delivery by a specific date. If you’re ordering for an event or holiday, I recommend ordering early. Tracking can also lag while packages are scanned or move between facilities. If it seems stalled for several days, message me and I’ll help review what’s going on.

Do you use a print partner, what if there’s a print issue, and will colors match exactly?

Yes. Some items ship directly from a trusted print partner who prints my designs on the product for you. This helps many orders arrive faster and more efficiently. If something looks off — misprint, placement issue, or the design doesn’t match the listing photo — message me within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo. If it’s a print error, I’ll send a replacement promptly. I do my best to represent colors accurately, but screens and device settings vary. If you’re matching a specific palette, message me and I’ll help.

My package says “Delivered,” but I don’t see it. What should I do?

This can happen due to carrier scanning or delivery placement. Please check around the delivery area — porch, side door, mailroom, lockers — ask others in your household, and allow 24 hours in case it was marked delivered slightly early. If it still hasn’t turned up, message me and I’ll help with next steps.

Where can I find sizing and details for non-apparel items?

Dimensions, materials, and key details are listed in each product description and often shown in listing photos. If you want help confirming a size before ordering, message me and I’ll gladly help.
