2. Can you make a portrait of more than one pet in the same image?

At Uveprint, we understand that many pet owners have more than one furry friend that they would like to include in a custom portrait. We are happy to accommodate these requests and can include multiple pets in the same image, as long as they show up well on the item. Whether you want a portrait of two pets or a whole pack of them, we can work with you to create a custom design that meets your specific needs. Please feel free to message us with any questions or requests regarding multiple pet portraits, and we'll be happy to assist you in any way we can.

3. How do I send you a photo of my pet for the portrait?

You can send us a photo of your furry friend through Etsy messages or email at uveprint@yahoo.com. While we do accept photos sent via email, we prefer receiving them through Etsy messages. You are welcome to send us several photos of your pet, and we'll choose the one that works best for the portrait. To ensure the best quality portrait, please select a high-resolution image with good lighting and a close-up of your pet. This will help us capture your pet's unique features and personality in the portrait.

4. Can you print the portrait on any type of shirt or apparel?

Yes, we are able to print the designs we've created on any item in our shop.

5. How long does it take for you to make and ship the item?

At Uveprint, we take pride in providing a quick turnaround time for our custom pet items. Our average production time is 2-3 business days, and shipping typically takes 2-5 business days. However, please note that items often arrive before the expected deadline. We understand that waiting for your pet portrait or merchandise can be exciting, so we always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.

6. Do you offer proofs?

Yes, at Uveprint, we always offer proofs to our customers before we proceed with printing their custom pet item. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final product and that your pet is accurately represented in the portrait. However, please note that we require your approval within 24 hours of sending the proof. If we don't receive a response from you within 24 hours, in order to ensure timely shipping, we will need to proceed with sending the design to production. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, so please feel free to reach out to us if you need more time or have any concerns about the proof or production process.

7. Can I purchase priority shipping to get my order as quick as possible?

At Uveprint, we strive to provide our customers with fast and reliable shipping options. However, at this time, we are unable to offer express or priority shipping for our custom pet items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we do offer standard shipping with tracking number, which typically takes 2-5 business days after production time. If you have any questions or concerns about the shipping options available for your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are always happy to help and provide you with any information you may need regarding shipping.

8. Do you offer gift wrapping or a personalized note with the item?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer gift packaging or gift messages at this time. However, we want to assure you that all orders will come with a tracking number, so you can monitor your order and ensure its safe arrival. If you are gifting the item to someone, we recommend reaching out to them directly to let them know their gift is on its way. We also want to note that we do not include an invoice in any of our orders, so the recipient will not see the price of the item.
