If you want to return the items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and send the items back within 21 days of delivery (individual orders are excluded). Shipping of returned item must be with tracking track. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. In the case of an exchange of goods, delivery of a new copy is also paid by the buyer. In case of a refund, the entire amount for the goods is returned, minus the amount for the work of the mail. The item must be returned in its original condition (no signs of wear) and in its original packaging. If the goods are returned not in their original condition, only partial compensation is possible (discussed individually).

Your package will be sent within 2-4 weeks after payment. We will send orders to the address specified in the Etsy account. So please make sure that your address is correct. Please send us a message if you want us to send the order to another address. All orders are sent via international registered air mail from Ukraine.
