Because we use "odd lot" (factory leftovers and unused inventory) leather and we never know how much will be available, it would be very difficult to constantly update the colors photo on each ad. Since the basic colors (light brown - dark brown - tan Etc.) vary only slightly in tone, we have provided 2 photos to give an idea of the colors that would be considered to belong in that color range. With that being said, if you have a preference for more red or less in your brown, just leave us a little reminder in the "Note to seller" when you check out and we'll be sure to keep that in mind when we prepare your order. How soon will you receive a reply to an inquiry?

Most often, we will respond within 30 min however, on Sundays we are not available as it is our Sabbath. We will answer all inquiries first thing Monday morning and we sincerely appreciate your patience.

How fast will I receive my package if I make a custom order?

We frequently have our smaller items out to the post within 48 hours of receiving the order. As our business grows we have lengthened, the processing allowance for our larger items/ bulk orders (from 3-5 days to 1-2 weeks) but don't let that stop you, we just don't like to disappoint folks if it doesn't go out right away.

We offer a basic 10% discount for bulk orders to start with but depending on the size/frequency of your orders we do offer greater discounts.
