Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Each item is custom-made upon order, which means I cannot accept returns or exchanges. Therefore, all sales from my shop are final. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting my small business!

Can you ensure delivery by a specific date?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates, as once the item is handed over to a shipping provider, it is beyond our control. Typically, items are produced within 1-6 business days before shipping. We strive to keep you updated throughout the process and strongly recommend placing orders early for any time-sensitive deliveries.

My item arrived damaged. Can you help?

We're truly sorry your item arrived damaged. While this is rare, we're here to help and will gladly offer an exchange. Please send us a message through our Etsy shop or submit a help request within 2 days of receiving your item. When you contact us, kindly include photos of the front and back of the item so we can work with our manufacturing partner to resolve the issue. Thank you for your understanding.

My item shows as "Delivered," but I haven't received it. Can you help?

Please allow 24 hours for your order to arrive after receiving a "delivery" notification. If your order still hasn't shown up after this time, please send us a message. We will contact our shipping provider to help track down your order.

I mistakenly shipped my item to the wrong address. Can you assist me?

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. If your item is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, we cannot replace the product or issue a refund. Returned items are sent back to our manufacturing partner, and recovery is not possible. In certain situations, we may reprint and resend your item, but the buyer must cover the full shipping cost for the replacement item. Please contact us for further details.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it promptly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours of ordering. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't already been processed or shipped. However, once the order is in transit or has been shipped, we are not able to make changes. Please reach out to us immediately through our Etsy shop messaging system for assistance.

Do you have a warranty on your phone cases?

Currently, we do not offer a warranty on our phone cases. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, such as damage during shipping or defects in craftsmanship, please contact us promptly.
