We received the shoes brand new! The white was so clean and fresh. They are really nice and we can't wait to dance in them for the wedding! Only thing is that the paint job on the black part was very noticeable around the edges , but other than that they are nice.

Disclaimer - I told Perfect Pairings I would not leave a review based on a conversation in the shipping phase, and I'm not!! This is truly about the quality of the product after receiving it. The TLDR is this is an expensive product ($280 total on sale, amounting to ~$160 for the customizations + shipping) for the advertised writing to just be stickers, and for the paint around the swish to be passable for a DIY but not up to par for something you pay for. It's also only painted black on one side, which isn't ideal. If I'm paying ~$160 for the customizations the writing should be painted on. Not only is it just stickers that can come off, the spacing is bad - she couldn't fit the full name on one side, and it reads "Mr .Aneel" instead of "Mr. Aneel".
