Can I change my address on an order?

The accuracy of the shipping address is the buyer's responsibility. We cannot be held accountable for packages returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address. If we receive your address change request within 1 hour, we try our best to change the address for you. However, if an item shipped to a wrong address is sent back to us, you will be contacted with the amount to reship the item. We will not reship your item unless this amount is paid in full.

We will promptly assess the issue and make it right. A return of the incorrect item/items may be required. In such instances, a return label will be sent to the email of your choosing for the return. If you refuse to return any item/items, we will not issue a refund or replacement until the return is complete. Kindly note, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colors.

Will my item come with the props that are in the photo?
