How long does it take to process and ship orders?

Our processing time is typically 3-5 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders within the US usually arrive within 5-7 business days, while international orders may take 2-4 weeks depending on the destination.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package. Please note that "pre-transit" means that the package has been prepared for shipment but hasn't yet been scanned by the carrier. It does not mean that we have not given the shipment to the carrier. It may take a few days for the tracking information to update beyond the pre-transit stage. In rare circumstances, the carrier never scans the item or doesn't scan it until it's been delivered so the tracking information never updates or only updates at the end. This is out of our control, but rest assured that we are monitoring the delivery of items and will reach out if necessary.

To ensure the longevity of your printed and embroidered items, we recommend washing them inside out with similar colors in cold water on the delicate cycle and hanging them to air dry or tumble-drying on low heat. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents that may damage the print quality.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes! We offer custom and personalized designs. Feel free to reach out to us with your specific requests, and we'll be happy to discuss the details and create a unique design just for you.

Can I request a different color/size for a design?

Absolutely! If you would like a different color or size for a particular design, please contact us before placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We are currently unable to offer expedited shipping, so please plan accordingly. Note that delivery times in Etsy are an estimate based on our production schedule and carrier timelines. Due to carrier fluctuations, we cannot make delivery date guarantees.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We can provide gift messages for most items. Please put this message under the gift messaging section, not the note to seller section, as that is just a note that will be sent to us when you place the order. We are unable to offer gift wrapping at this time.

I ordered this sweatshirt because I really love Haikyu! and I was very pleased with the quality and the timeliness of the shipping! The shop reached out to see if I had any comments or concerns as soon as the order was placed and even checked in to make sure it had arrived. I would definitely order from this shop again!!

So cute!! I absolutely love the design, the embroidery feels super well made and durable. I'm usually a xs to small, but since I like a slightly oversized fit, I ordered a medium and it fits just the way I wanted. Amber was super helpful, friendly and responsive every step of the way, messaging after I put in the order, and double checking when it was delivered to make sure I received it (which btw, I received 2 days earlier than expected). I've received so many compliments from both people knowing it's from Haikyu!! and people just loving the design. I figure skate, so I was looking for a sweater that would look cute while skating, and keep me warm while I'm out on the ice. It's the first and only sweater I've owned thats kept me warm the whole time, and I'm repping my fav anime, which is a plus! Legit my new fav sweater <3
