Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Gift wrapping and packaging

All items are carefully and safely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Some items come in gift-ready packaging 🎁 (as shown in the listing photos or description). Please check individual listings for details. To reduce paper waste, I don’t include a packing slip by default. If you need one, just let me know — I’ll be happy to add it.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me within 12 hours for a full refund. If you contact me after this time, I will issue a 50% refund as your item will be in the process of being made.

International Shipping

Orders are shipped from Ukraine using reliable international carriers such as Ukrposhta and Nova Post. A tracking number is always provided. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Express shipping (UPS / FedEx) may be available upon request — feel free to contact me for details.
