For hygienic reasons, earrings are considered intimate items and cannot be exchanged. Also, There will be no exchanges on special requests such as: Engraved and hand stamped items, birthstone rings and special requests for extra large or extra small rings.

Custom and personalized orders

Please note for sizes above 12.75 there will be an additional charge. The amount depends on the model. Replacing stones and using different metals may change the price as well. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please contact us so we can try to work out the problem.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All items are shipped in a gift box in an organza pouch and a certificate of origin.

Wholesale availability

All items are available to wholesale.

Rings are created in your requested size and considered customised. We gladly offer a one time free resizing. The customer, only has to cover shipping costs back to him.

Please allow 5-7 business days before shipping, as we create items to order. We pack securely and ship orders from Montreal. Shipping to Canada/US: - Default is free shipping. Please note - This option is not including a jewelry box (we use an organza bag for packaging and a padded envelope) as we ship as a letter with stamps. No tracking number is available. - We recommend to upgrade to registered shipping with tracking for $14. Delivery in Canada takes 3-7 business days and to the US 6-14 business days. With this option your item will be packaged in a gift box. - EMS express shipping costs $33. It takes approximately 3-5 business days for delivery, once ready. You can simply upgrade from the drop down menu when you check out.
