How do I download my Digital File?

You will not receive digital files through email. They can be downloaded directly from Etsy. From Your Computer: 1) Go to Your Account > "Purchases" on Etsy. 2) Click the button to "Download Files". You will receive a PDF with template and instructions. Open the PDF to find the link to the template(s). From Your Phone/Tablet: - Etsy doesn't support downloads from the Etsy app. Use a web browser (Safari or Chrome) to log in to Etsy.com and follow the same steps as above.

What software do I need to edit the templates?

No special software is required to edit these templates. You only need a free version of Canva. Signing up for a free account is quick and easy, and you'll be ready to edit online.

Do I need Canva PRO to access the templates?

No, a FREE Canva account is sufficient to access and edit the templates.

REFUNDS and Cancellation Policy

As all files are digital, and no physical products are shipped, digital downloads are not eligible for refunds. Kindly message me to seek any clarification before you proceed with the purchase. A refund can only be considered if you have a problem with the product (you were unable to access the file) and I have not provided you with feedback or assistance within 14 days of you reporting the problem. The product status should be "not downloaded". Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Cancellation of a purchase is only available if the same product was ordered multiple times by mistake in a single transaction. Can I add music from Spotify, Apple Music, or other apps to a video invitation?

No, these apps don’t allow downloading songs for use in Canva. You’ll need the track in MP3 format, for example by buying it in the iTunes Store or from another platform that allows MP3 downloads.

Are links clickable in this item?

In videos clickable links and tracking are not possible. In website invitations and PDF files links can be added and will work. If you need this feature please check my website invitation templates where clickable buttons and RSVP forms are included.

Will the video lose quality when I send it?

Sometimes, if the file is large or contains many animations, sending through SMS or iMessage can slightly reduce quality. This is rare, but it can happen. To keep the best quality: 1. Send via messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram), social media, or email 2. Share a Google Drive link (best quality) 3. Canva public link
