| About the Artist |
Kathryn Ann Art was founded by Louisiana artist, Kathryn Mancuso in
2020. She is inspired by Louisiana's beauty and all that it holds and it is present in the one-of-a-kind art pieces she creates. She aims to capture the essence of the South with watercolors & acrylics. These original pieces are supported on canvases, cold-pressed watercolor paper, or authentic cypress wood found in the swamps and bayous of Louisiana.
Within these few years of taking her art to the next level, she has slowly started to develop her style and rhythm that she wants to be recognized for. Kathryn strives to put in as much detail as she can into her artwork to truly bring it to life using the teeniest of tiniest brushes. No matter what she is creating, the detail is undeniably there. While she is inspired constantly by the symbols of the south, she never puts a limit on her imagination and always follows where it takes her.
