Will this template work with my computer?

Our templates work with any personal computer with Microsoft Word or Apple Pages installed (or with any browser for the Google Docs version). ! Note: if you have an older version of Word or Pages and aren’t able to open the files, just drop us a DM on Etsy (including the Word or Pages version you have on your computer), and our team will send you the corresponding files.

How does a resume template work?

These templates are pre-formatted Word, Pages or Google Docs documents. You just need to type directly over the existing default text with your own information. > PapriResume templates can be edited in Microsoft Word, Apple Pages, and Google Docs, and come in both A4 and US Letter sizes. > The templates are completely editable and customizable to meet your specific needs. You can change any text, title, section, color, shape, and font.

Can I edit, add or delete sections? Can I change colors, titles, fonts, shapes, images, and icons?

Sure: every single element of the template is completely modifiable to suit your needs. Detailed written instructions and video tutorials are included in your purchase. | You can add, change, delete, move up or down each section. You can change color and size of texts and headings. You can add, delete or change the icons, if the design you chose involves them: in this case, you will find a free pack of 130 icons included in your purchase.

Are all resume templates ATS-friendly?

All the templates can be read by ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) tools. Still, if you're concerned about ATS, we highly suggest using one of the 100% ATS-friendly templates from the "ATS Friendly Resume" section on our shop. We follow strict ATS guidelines when creating ATS resume templates.

Can I use this template on more than one computer, or more than once?

Yes! You can download it from scratch as many times as you want: the template is yours (only for your personal use) forever. | Tip: If you choose the Word or the Pages version, once you start working on them you can e-mail the edited template files to yourself to use on any computer. Always remember to install the provided fonts on each computer, to ensure that the templates look exactly as they should.

What if I need to print my resume?

Even if printing a resume/CV – or a cover letter and references – is becoming more and more rare, in some cases you could need your document to be printed. If you have the opportunity, we highly recommend to have it professionally done (e.g. by Staples, etc.). It should be printed borderless (“full-bleed”) on heavy (e.g. 32lb), bright white paper. This will ensure a perfect result.

Are all fonts used free and provided?

Yes, we only use free fonts in our designs, and each font needed for the chosen resume template will be included in your purchase download: you can see the fonts you have to install (BEFORE opening the templates) in the “FONTS” folder. > For detailed information on how to install your fonts based on your operating system (Windows or Mac), please follow the instructions in the “READ-ME-FIRST-Instructions.pdf” file included in your purchase.

Can I cancel my order? Can I return or exchange my template?
