• I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
• I retain all rights to my work. Writing commissions are for personal use only and may not be published, posted, or used commercially without my permission. Please message me if your request involves posting or commercial use.
• My writing may not be used in any form of artificial intelligence (AI) systems. This includes feeding, uploading, copying, paraphrasing, or submitting my work to AI tools, chatbots, datasets, or machine learning systems for any purpose, including training, prompting, or content generation.

REVISIONS
• I may provide updates while writing, though shorter commissions may be completed quickly without interim updates.
• Once you receive the completed draft, I accept small revisions only.
• Multiple or large revisions may incur additional costs. I’m happy to rewrite a scene, but not multiple scenes or the entire story. This is why messaging me beforehand is strongly encouraged.

DEADLINE
• Most writing commissions are completed within two weeks after I begin writing.
• Completion time may be longer if there are other commissions ahead of yours. I work on commissions in the order they are received.

FORMATTING
• Stories are written in 11pt Quicksand font with black text on a white background.
• If you prefer a different font or formatting, let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate, especially for PDF files.
