Where are my digital files?

You will receive an email from etsy with a link to your files. Your files will also be available on your order page. Please check listing description to see how many files are to be included, as some of them have multiple files, which means you will need to download all of them. *Sometimes it takes Etsy a while to send you the email or update the order page.

How do I download and print my files?

You will need to be on a computer to download your files. It will not work on mobile. Files are available on your order page. When printing, make sure you print at 100%.

I only received digital instructions but not pattern pieces, or only received pattern pieces with no instrustions.

Please read the listing description. Some patterns have more than one file, where the instructions are separate from the pattern pieces. Your files are on your order page.

I purchased a pattern but never received it.

Please check the listing to see if you purchased a digital pattern, which you will need to download from your order page. If you mistakenly ordered a digital pattern instead of a paper pattern, please contact me to cancel your order. You may purchase paper patterns in my listing entitled "Paper Patterns."

Do you make custom patterns?

If you are looking for a specific pattern for Cabbage Patch Kids or My Child Dolls that I don't have, please contact me. I am thrilled to get suggestions from customers. Most of my patterns were drafted because a customer was looking for something specific. However, I cannot draft patterns for dolls or animals that I do not own.

11" Flat Laces for My Child oxford shoes. (Note!! You will need to use an awl to temporarily open up the holes for the shoes.)

These are handcrafted complete with clear plastic aglets. Laces come in White. They are 1/8" wide.
Choose TYPE OF LACE and How Many!

WEEBOK Saddle Laces measure approximately 11" long.

Striped Sneaker (TENNIS) shoe laces measure approximately 15" long.

Hasbro 90s TODDLER shoe laces measure approximately 17" long. American Girl Sneakers uses this size. (Note!! You will need to use an awl to temporarily open up the holes for the Toddler shoes. They were really difficult even to get the old laces out, and impossible to get the new ones in without the awl. You will also need to use the awl to open them again if taking them out or it will tear the aglet right off.)

HIGH TOP (Lace up Sneakers) shoe laces measure approximately 18" long.

DESIGNER LINE (Chunky Sneakers) shoe laces are approximately 16" long and 1/4" wide, FLAT.
