How fast do you ship? When will I get my item?

All listings have an estimated delivery timeline. Please refer to that timeline. We ALWAYS ship on time, but cannot guarantee delivery dates. Need it faster? Rush Options available here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1187477788/ Please do not ask us to ship faster in the buyer notes or that you need an item by x date, unless you purchase the rush. Due to our volume we're unable to accommodate any rush requests unless you purchase the rush listing.

Do you offer rush shipping?

We do! Rush Options are available here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1187477788/ PLEASE do not ask us to ship fast in the buyer notes, or that you need an item by X date unless you purchase the rush. Can you do a custom frame color?

We are unable to offer custom frame colors at this time

Do you ship to HI, AK, PR, GU, or International?

Due to the recent unreliability of international deliveries, we are unable to provide international shipping outside of the US at this time. We do ship to HI, AK, PR, and GU but please understand it costs extra in shipping to do so and greatly extends shipping times. If you live in one of these areas, please reach out to us for a custom price quote as we only factor 'free shipping' into our products for continental US deliveries. This helps keep our pricing reasonable and only charge extra for shipping when necessary.

Shipping takes a few days and I realized I needed more but it was too late to ensure I would receive on time. Everything was PERFECT. They DID A EXCELLENT JOB. Quick response time as well.
