We will gladly send a free replacement. It's worth noting that 99.7% of our parcels arrive safely.

Do orders ship with tracking?

Yes, we provide tracking to all our orders. It will be added to your order details and you will receive an email when the order is shipped.

Are the prices listed on the delivery note?

No. Prices are never included on delivery notes as many gifts are sent directly to the end-recipient.

What paper do you print on?

A premium heavyweight fine art print material. We use FSC-certified paper. It’s better for the people and the planet.
